These pizza sandwiches are super easy to throw together, let cook all day and enjoy after a long day of work!!!
1 lb of ground beef (I used beef sausage)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped in long thin slices)
1 can of pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce (I used my homemade veggi spaghetti sauce which I'll share tomorrow)
and some Italian seasoning
Throw it all in the crock-pot on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Then serve on bread with shredded mozzarella cheese!! Easy to make, delicious and messy!!
